These Terms govern your use of plnrecommand.com and the PLN Real Estate Command platform, operated by Phrontis Holdings LLC (“PLN,” “we,” or “us”). By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
PLN Real Estate Command provides territory intelligence and outreach tooling to licensed real estate operators, including market signal briefs and lead workflow tools. Territories are offered on a county-exclusive basis, subject to availability and to a separate written agreement.
Submitting a territory request does not reserve a territory, create an account, or form a binding agreement. Territory access begins only on written confirmation from us.
The platform is offered to licensed real estate professionals and businesses. You represent that you hold any license required for your activity and that you will use the platform only in your licensed capacity.
If you use PLN outreach tooling to contact your own leads, you are the sender of those communications and you are solely responsible for their legality.
You must obtain and retain valid prior express written consent from every recipient before sending marketing calls or texts, honor STOP and other opt-out requests immediately, respect federal and state Do Not Call rules, identify yourself in every message, and comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CAN-SPAM, and all applicable state and federal law.
You may not use the platform to send messages to purchased, rented, scraped, or otherwise non-consented lists. PLN does not supply, sell, or rent consumer phone lists, and consent obtained by one operator is never transferred to another. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, and you agree to indemnify us for claims arising from messages you send.
Territory intelligence, property signals, market commentary, and scores are compiled from public and third-party sources and are provided for general informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. We do not warrant their accuracy and you should independently verify anything you act on. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, appraisal, or investment advice.
If you check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from PLN Real Estate Command at the number you provided.
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase, territory access, or any other service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile number.
You agree not to submit false information, send automated or bulk form submissions, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, probe or disrupt the service, resell or sublicense the platform without written permission, or use the platform for any unlawful or discriminatory purpose.
You must use the platform in accordance with federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Targeting, excluding, or steering on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class is prohibited.
The platform, its content, design, and underlying software are owned by Phrontis Holdings LLC and are protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the platform under these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you submit.
The site and platform are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular business result, lead volume, or revenue.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the site or platform will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct that creates legal or security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will be revised.
